Expressive Abstract Landscape Painting

Three new abstract paintings to share, each focused on the expressive use of color and layers of texture.

Imagining Spring, a floral semiabstract landscape, 4 X 4 X 1 inch, acrylic on wood.

These paintings are small works, with focus on color play and tonal interest, where every detail matters. I've found that there is always more to learn when exploring color, and it keeps me working and playing and painting!
